Terms for using this website
These terms govern the public pages. The client portal has its own Terms of Use, accepted inside the portal; the advisory agreement and the subscription are separate written agreements and are never accepted by click.
§1Information, not advice
The public pages describe a method and a service. Nothing on them is an offer to buy or sell real estate, an appraisal, or investment, legal or tax advice. Market intelligence is furnished only to clients, as the broker's advice, under a written brokerage relationship.
§2No listing data
No MLS listing information is displayed on the public pages. The scope figure on the home page is drawn from illustrative data and says so.
§3Content and marks
Text, figures and design on this site belong to Algo Bird Dog Analytics or its licensors. You may read and link; you may not scrape, reproduce or redistribute the content without written permission.
§4Availability
The site is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, and we may change the site at any time.
